How do I return a product?
We do our best to describe all the items for sale on the
website in detail, paying particular attention to
descriptions of color, material and size. In addition, we
strive to present them in the most accurate way possible.
If, despite all our efforts, your item does not fit or is
damaged in any way before you receive it, you can return it
to us and we will accept it back provided that it is not
used or washed and reaches us in the same condition you
received it in.
Please note that while the
returned item is in transit, it is still your
responsibility, and we therefore advise you to send the
goods by courier to insure the value of your goods.
Items which are not returnable are explicitly marked
on the website. This is the case with all accessories,
shoes, underwear, swimwear, or products purchased from
special campaigns such as clearance offers.

Who pays the cost to ship merchandise back to Sukar.com?
In the unusual circumstance where the item is damaged upon receipt or when the wrong item has been shipped, we will pay for the shipping cost. Otherwise, the buyer pays for the cost to ship merchandise back to the Sukar.com warehouse in Dubai.
My non-returnable item is damaged. What do I do?
Contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and tell them about the damage and defect. They will be more than happy to assist you.
My delivery was damaged upon arrival. Can I get a refund?
If you notice that your item is damaged when it is delivered, we recommend that you notify our Customer Support Team immediately or within 30 days from receipt, stating the order number, time and date of delivery. They will be able to help you by arranging for the item to be returned and a refund to be credited back to you.
How do I get a refund and what is included in the refund amount?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer
Support Team as soon as possible. If the item has been
returned because it does not fit, you will receive a promo
code by way of refund equivalent to the cost of the item.
If the item has been returned due to damage or wrong
delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the item, the
shipping cost and any customs duties incurred. In such
circumstances, you can either request a promo code
equivalent to the amount, or a refund, which will be made
within four weeks of receipt of the item at the Sukar.com
warehouse.
If the purchase was made by
credit card, the refund will be made on the same credit card
used to make the order within a week of receipt of the item
at the Sukar.com warehouse. If payment was cash on delivery,
we will wire the money back to you net of all bank charges.

How can I shop at Sukar.com?
If you want to purchase an item from our website, you need to select the desired quantity and the chosen size and add it to your shopping cart. After you have confirmed your selected purchases, you choose your shipping address and preferred payment method. After purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and containing an order number for tracking purposes.
I’ve finished shopping. How do I place my order?
Once you’ve added all the items you would like to purchase to your cart, you should proceed to checkout. You will have to do this within 20 minutes of adding your items to your shopping cart or else your selected products will be automatically removed and put back up for sale for other members to purchase. Click on Your cart at the top right of the page, select Proceed to Checkout and follow the instructions through to processing your payment and adding your delivery details. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Can I order by phone?
We only sell online. However if you should encounter any difficulties our Customer Support Team will be more than happy to help you. There are several channels through which to contact our team. You can email us for support or dial the Customer Support Centre on the numbers provided on our site.

Why is there a validity period for my shopping cart and how long is it?

How can I use any Sukar.com vouchers I have acquired?
You can use vouchers to pay for your purchase. They reduce the amount payable. Available vouchers will be shown during choice of payment method. You are able to use one voucher for each order that you place. The voucher value must not be higher than 25% of the total order amount.
Do my vouchers expire?
Promotional and referral vouchers expire within 1 year after they are issued, unless specified otherwise.
What is a promo code?
Promo codes are similar to vouchers. Promo codes are offered from time to time on various deals in conjunction with collaboration partners, and are distributed by such partners to their members, customers, readers etc. Sometimes promo codes are used as refunds or as compensation for damaged items. Holders of promo codes will be able to redeem them as savings on Sukar.com deals.
How can I redeem a promo code?
On the payments page, you can select the promo code option and copy and paste your promo code in the empty box. A promo code can only be used once, so it is important that you only copy and paste it in the special space on the payments page when you are ready to check out and finalize your order.
Can I use a promo code on the same payment as an e-voucher?
Each promo code has its own terms and conditions of usage. You may be able to use certain offers in conjunction with one another, and this would depend upon the code or voucher in question.
Can I buy gift cards?
We are working on enabling this feature, and you will be notified via email when this feature is available.
What is included in the price that appears on my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation includes the price of the item you
purchased, and, if applicable, shipping charges and Cash
on Delivery charges.
If you reside outside the
UAE, you are responsible for customs and tax fees charged
in your country of residence. It is important to note that
Sukar.com has no control over and does not determine the
amount of customs duties and fees that are charged in each
country.

Which countries does Sukar.com ship to?
We deliver to the entire GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait), Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon.
How are my items shipped?
We package each one of your orders personally and by hand at our warehouse. We partner with reputable logistics providers to deliver the order directly to your doorstep.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Our logistics partners will try to reach you several times to make your delivery. If unsuccessful, as with any other postal service package, you will receive a notification explaining how you can collect your package. Usually, you can pick up your order package at the courier depot that is closest to the shipping address specified for the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days, however this is sometimes not possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
How do I track and check the status of my orders?
If you wish to follow up on the status of your order, you can log in to your account and click on My Account tab and then Your Orders. You will then see a current and past list of your purchases with a status update. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support Team who will be happy to look into your order and update you on its delivery status.
What should I do if something is missing?
If, contrary to expectations and despite the most careful work of our employees, an item is missing, you should contact our Customer Support Team and they will endeavor to fix the problem for you as quickly as possible.
Can I collect the goods myself?
At Sukar.com we have a streamlined process of delivery. We work with world-class logistics providers to deliver your goods. We are not currently offering self pick-up options.
